1. Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

By making a reservation with AD PERU EXPEDITION, whether through our website, email, telephone, social media, messaging applications, or any other authorized channel, the client acknowledges having read, understood, and accepted these Terms and Conditions in their entirety.

These Terms and Conditions govern the contractual relationship between AD PERU EXPEDITION and the client regarding all tourism services offered by the company.

2. Reservations

Reservations are subject to availability and are considered confirmed only after:

  • Receipt of the required deposit or full payment, as applicable.
  • Written confirmation issued by AD PERU EXPEDITION.
  • Submission of any information required for the proper provision of the contracted services.
  • AD PERU EXPEDITION reserves the right to decline any reservation if service availability cannot be guaranteed or if the client fails to comply with the established requirements.

    3. Prices and Rates

    All prices are expressed in the currency indicated at the time of booking.

    Rates may include only those services expressly specified in the tour description, itinerary, quotation, or booking confirmation.

    Unless otherwise stated, prices do not include:

  • International or domestic airfare.
  • Travel insurance.
  • Personal expenses.
  • Tips and gratuities.
  • Additional services not expressly included in the itinerary.
  • Costs arising from circumstances beyond the control of AD PERU EXPEDITION.
  • Prices may be modified prior to reservation confirmation due to changes in taxes, government regulations, transportation costs, entrance fees, exchange rate fluctuations, or supplier adjustments.

    Once a reservation has been confirmed, the agreed price will remain valid except where mandatory legal or governmental changes require adjustments.

    4. Payment Terms

    The client must pay the deposit and/or balance according to the payment schedule communicated at the time of booking.

    Failure to make payments within the specified deadlines may result in cancellation of the reservation without prior notice.

    AD PERU EXPEDITION accepts payment methods authorized and communicated through its official channels.

    Any bank charges, transfer fees, currency conversion costs, payment platform fees, or similar charges shall be the sole responsibility of the client unless otherwise agreed in writing.

    5. Client Responsibilities

    The client is responsible for:

  • Providing accurate and complete personal information.
  • Holding valid passports, identification documents, visas, permits, vaccinations, and any other documentation required by the destination authorities.
  • Arriving punctually at designated meeting points and departure locations.
  • Complying with local laws, regulations, and safety instructions.
  • Informing AD PERU EXPEDITION of any medical condition, dietary restriction, physical limitation, or special requirement that may affect participation in the tour.
  • AD PERU EXPEDITION shall not be liable for losses, delays, denied boarding, denied entry, or service interruptions resulting from incomplete or incorrect documentation provided by the client.

    6. Changes Requested by the Client

    Requests for changes to confirmed reservations are subject to availability and may generate additional charges imposed by service providers or administrative processing fees.

    AD PERU EXPEDITION cannot guarantee that requested modifications will be possible after a reservation has been confirmed.

    7. Cancellations by the Client

    Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing through an official communication channel of AD PERU EXPEDITION.

    Cancellation charges may apply depending on the nature of the service, supplier conditions, permits, entrance tickets, transportation arrangements, accommodation reservations, and the date on which the cancellation is received.

    Certain services may be non-refundable, including but not limited to:

  • Entrance tickets purchased in advance.
  • Government-issued permits.
  • Train tickets.
  • Airline tickets.
  • Hotel reservations subject to supplier restrictions.
  • Services identified as non-refundable at the time of booking.
  • 8. Refund Policy

    Refund eligibility will depend on:

  • The specific service contracted.
  • Supplier refund policies.
  • The timing of the cancellation request.
  • Administrative and operational costs already incurred.
  • When applicable, refunds will be processed through the original payment method whenever possible.

    Banking fees, payment processor charges, currency conversion costs, and non-recoverable supplier expenses may be deducted from any refund amount.

    Refund processing times may vary depending on the payment provider, financial institution, and service suppliers involved.

    9. Changes or Cancellations by AD PERU EXPEDITION

    AD PERU EXPEDITION reserves the right to modify itineraries, schedules, routes, accommodations, transportation arrangements, or other service components when necessary due to operational, safety, environmental, governmental, or logistical reasons.

    If a service must be canceled by AD PERU EXPEDITION and no suitable alternative can be provided, the client may be entitled to a refund corresponding to the portion of services not provided.

    The company shall not be responsible for indirect losses, consequential damages, loss of enjoyment, lost profits, or expenses incurred outside the services directly contracted with AD PERU EXPEDITION.

    10. Force Majeure

    AD PERU EXPEDITION shall not be liable for delays, modifications, interruptions, or cancellations caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • Natural disasters.
  • Severe weather conditions.
  • Earthquakes.
  • Landslides.
  • Floods.
  • Fires.
  • Epidemics or pandemics.
  • Government actions or restrictions.
  • Strikes or labor disputes.
  • Civil unrest.
  • Transportation disruptions.
  • Security risks.
  • In such circumstances, AD PERU EXPEDITION will make reasonable efforts to assist clients and seek alternative solutions whenever possible; however, additional costs generated by such events may be the responsibility of the client.

    11. Limitation of Liability

    AD PERU EXPEDITION acts as an intermediary between clients and independent service providers, including hotels, transportation companies, tour operators, restaurants, and other tourism suppliers.

    Accordingly, AD PERU EXPEDITION shall not be liable for acts, omissions, negligence, delays, accidents, injuries, losses, damages, or failures attributable to third-party service providers.

    Participation in tourism activities involves inherent risks, and clients assume responsibility for their voluntary participation in such activities.

    12. Travel Insurance

    AD PERU EXPEDITION strongly recommends that all travelers obtain comprehensive travel insurance covering, at a minimum:

  • Trip cancellation.
  • Medical expenses.
  • Emergency evacuation.
  • Personal accidents.
  • Loss or theft of baggage.
  • Travel interruptions.
  • Unless expressly stated otherwise, travel insurance is not included in the price of the services.

    13. Complaints and Claims

    Any complaint regarding the services provided must be communicated as soon as reasonably possible to allow AD PERU EXPEDITION the opportunity to address and resolve the issue.

    Clients may also submit formal claims through the channels designated by applicable consumer protection regulations.

    14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

    These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Peru.

    Any dispute arising from the interpretation, execution, or enforcement of these Terms and Conditions shall be submitted to the competent courts and authorities of Peru, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
